Description
The PS 74 R Annex Building project, completed in 2020, featured the manufacturing and supply of architectural precast and cast stone products. This project included precast window sills, window jambs, lintels, and coping stones, engineered specifically for an annex building addition.
All precast and cast stone components were custom fabricated to meet architectural drawings and project specifications, ensuring high structural performance, durability, and aesthetic consistency. The materials were designed to withstand weather exposure, moisture, and long-term use, making them ideal for institutional and educational facilities.
