Project Overview

Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T) is an institutional project completed by Mohan's Precast USA Inc. in Manhattan, NY. For this project our team manufactured architectural precast concrete elements, custom-cast to the project's exact profiles and dimensions. The work was delivered for New York City Department of Sanitation. Every element was produced in our Jamaica, Queens facility and engineered to withstand New York City's freeze-thaw climate for decades of durable, low-maintenance performance. Completed May 2025.
