Precast concrete is cast off-site in reusable molds and covers a broad range of structural and architectural elements. Cast stone is a refined architectural precast concrete designed to replicate the look of natural cut limestone. We manufacture both at our NYC facility.
Yes. Almost everything we produce is custom made to order — window sills, coping, balustrades, columns, keystones, pier caps, water tables and more — fabricated to your drawings, dimensions and color.
Lead times depend on scope, quantity and finish, but most custom architectural precast and cast stone orders ship within a few weeks. For urgent work, ask about our Expedited Services for shorter lead times.
Yes. Mohan's Precast is an approved precast vendor for the NYC School Construction Authority (NYCSCA), NYCDEP, NYCDDC and the Port Authority, and holds minority business certification. See our Certifications page.
