Project Overview

PS 74 R is a New York City public school project completed by Mohan's Precast USA Inc. in Staten Island, NY. For this project our team manufactured window sill, jambs, lintels and coping stone, custom-cast to the project's exact profiles and dimensions. The work was delivered for New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA). Every element was produced in our Jamaica, Queens facility and engineered to withstand New York City's freeze-thaw climate for decades of durable, low-maintenance performance. Completed September 2020.
