120 Jefferson Ave, Brooklyn is a commercial project completed by Mohan's Precast USA Inc. in Brooklyn, NY. For this project our team manufactured the building's entire precast concrete and cast stone facade, custom-cast to the project's exact profiles and dimensions. Every element was produced in our Jamaica, Queens facility and engineered to withstand New York City's freeze-thaw climate for decades of durable, low-maintenance performance. Completed December 2018.
